Padel Anywhere
Every desk call is recorded. Every mobile call is not.
Padel Anywhere puts a SIM in the phone and the phone on your system. No app, and nothing for anyone to remember.

6.42pm.
The call you never knew about.
At five o’clock your office number diverted to one mobile. It rang once, in a van, on the A12.
- No queue, so nobody else heard it.
- No voicemail to email, so nothing reached an inbox.
- No record, so on Monday nobody knew.
- It never shows up as a lost job. It shows up as no job at all.
When the words on the call matter as much as the call.
A care provider runs their out of hours on Padel Anywhere. Two things changed, and both land on the people they look after.
Nothing rings out
A call from a family, a district nurse or an out of hours GP rings the on-call team. If the first person cannot take it, the next one can.
Every call is on the record
A call taken at nine at night is recorded exactly like one at a desk. When medication is advised, it is on the recording, not in somebody’s memory.
Not only care.
Every business takes calls after five that matter: a call-out agreed, a price given, an instruction written on the back of something.
An app is a habit. A SIM is a fact.
Every other way of doing this asks the person holding the phone to remember something. We changed what the SIM is connected to instead.
Thirty days. Your own numbers.
Put it on the two or three people it would help most, then judge it on what turns up in your own call reports.

The questions everyone asks.
How is this different from diverting the office phone to a mobile?
A divert hands the call to one handset and walks away. The call has left your phone system, so it cannot be queued, recorded, passed to the next person on the rota or reported afterwards. With Padel Anywhere the mobile is part of your system, so all of that still applies at nine at night.
We already have the Padel app on our phones. Is this the same?
No. An app has to be opened, so it only covers the calls somebody remembers to make inside it. Padel Anywhere is in the SIM, so calls are made from the phone’s own keypad and every business call is part of your system. The two work together for people who use both.
Do people need a second phone?
No. The SIM goes into the iPhone or Android they already carry, alongside their personal SIM.
Does it replace the mobile contracts we already have?
Yes. One SIM and one subscription per person, on your Padel bill, instead of a separate mobile contract.
Do our numbers change?
No. Numbers port across, and the landline numbers your customers already ring stay exactly as they are.
