Can I keep my mobile if I switch networks?
Yes, you can! When we discuss your requirements, we’ll go over all your options, including the possibility of keeping your existing number. Whichever network you choose to meet your needs, you just need your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code), which you can obtain by texting PAC to 65075. From there, we’ll take care of the entire process of switching networks for you.

The transfer will occur on the agreed connection date and is typically an instant switchover; however, it can happen at any time during that day. Rest assured that when you lose network coverage from your old provider, the new network will activate immediately.

We understand that SIM cards may need to be updated, lost, or damaged. We provide new cards free of charge. You can obtain yours by contacting your account manager or filling out a contact form.

We understand that times are tough, and managing a business can be challenging during uncertain periods. Does my bill include VAT? All business contact prices exclude VAT. VAT is charged at 20% (correct at the time of publication Nov 2022) If you are VAT registered you can claim this cost back.
