How Does Integration Work With Inbound Calls?

Our phone systems integrate seamlessly with third-party software. When a client calls your business, the technology automatically searches your database for that phone number. If a match is found, the caller’s name and/or file will be displayed on your PC.

If your software includes a telephone icon, simply click this button to call a client. If there’s no built-in button, you can highlight any phone number on your screen and press a customizable key (such as the F10 key) to dial the number on your handset. We will handle this setup for you.

If a client calls from a landline, and multiple members of the household are registered at your business, then their family record will display.
